With over a decade of experience, I help clients sharpen communication and bring ideas to life. I have a B.A. from Columbia University in history and German literature, and a J.D. from NYU. For six years, I worked as a lawyer between a federal appellate court and a public defender office. I’ve been freelancing in writing, editing, and podcasting since 2020.
I help students get past the anxiety and frustration that often surround articulating thoughts in writing. We’ll work on outlining, clarity, creativity, and editing. And we’ll craft unique, compelling narratives for undergrad or graduate admissions essays.
You wrote it. That’s the hard part.
Now let’s make it the best it can be.
Whatever the length of the work, and whatever the tone, I will maintain your voice, or help you develop it. Plus, I can take you through the whole process of independently publishing a book.
I can help you develop, produce, or edit a show that listeners will love. I’ve hosted, edited, and produced my own podcasts for years, and I’ve appeared as a guest on many others. I care about presenting information, ideas, and conversations so they are easy to follow and remember. I can help you achieve high sound quality, or give you simple steps to improve your available recording environment.
I’ve written hundreds of essays and newsletters. The tone and subject matter range widely, from humorous to sensitive, from stories of everyday life to political commentary. I also write on many subjects for others’ newsletters, social media, ad copy, and more.
